3. Return Procedure
3.1 Reporting Issues
If you receive damaged or defective products:

- Provide proof: Photos/videos of damaged/defective products
- Inspection: Our team will assess the claim
- Resolution: Refund or replacement will be arranged
3.2 Return Shipment
- Return shipping is FREE for defective products

- Track your return using the provided reference number

4. Refund Process
